AUF-AUF faculty represent backgrounds of international cultures and diverse areas of expertise according to the academic departments of curriculum delivery.

Faculty members meet US standards for teaching at the higher education level and all faculty candidacies are reviewed according to the AUF-AUF faculty eligibility procedure, which addresses:
General eligibility requirements including appropriate educational and professional credentials.
Eligibility for specific disciplines (i.e. business or Professors of Practice)
Requirements for appointment
